My Approach

I help high performing athletes, first responders, and professionals overcome mental blocks, process past experiences, and perform at a higher level without being held back by anxiety, stress, or pressure. You may be driven and capable, yet still experience performance anxiety, overthinking, or the lingering impact of past setbacks that interfere with focus, confidence, and consistency.

My approach integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, sports psychology, and evidence based mind body techniques to target the root of performance challenges. This includes anxiety therapy, trauma informed care, nervous system regulation, and mental performance training designed to improve emotional regulation, resilience, and clarity under pressure.

Together, we work to reduce stress, process what is unresolved, and build the mental skills needed for consistent high level performance. The goal is lasting change that strengthens both mental health and performance, allowing you to operate with confidence, focus, and stability in every area of your life.

SPECIALTIES & MODALITIES

I work with elite athletes, high performers, and professionals who are driven to perform at a high level but feel stuck by mental blocks, performance anxiety, or patterns that no longer serve them. You can be disciplined, focused, and successful, and still struggle with overthinking, pressure, or the impact of past experiences on your confidence and consistency.

My work targets the mental side of performance and mental health at the same time. I use evidence based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, along with mindfulness based and trauma informed therapy. This allows us to go beyond surface level coping and actually process what is driving anxiety, pressure, and inconsistent performance.

We focus on improving emotional regulation, reducing stress and anxiety, and building the mental skills needed to stay present and perform under pressure. This includes confidence, focus, resilience, and learning how to respond instead of react in high stakes moments.

The goal is not just to feel better. It is to perform better, think clearer, and trust yourself in the moments that matter most, both in your performance and in your life.
